Job Title: Sales Growth Expert
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Expert to join our team at ACP - CONSULTING PARTNER. As a Sales Growth Expert, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans for the company’s sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunting and developing new customers in the assigned region through independent travel and managing distributor relationships.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for the company’s sales goals.
- Meeting with engineers and R&D to determine their needs and preferences and explaining products & expertise offered by the company.
- Clarifying requirements with clients and providing suitable solutions.
- Understanding customer technical requirements and mapping them to company products and solutions.
- Identifying areas of improvement and communicating these issues and possible solutions with multiple stakeholders.
- Preparing proposals and contracts to help secure new business opportunities and projects to design.
- Managing the sales pipeline in CRM system for predictable revenue generation, prioritization, and forecasting.
Requirements:
- You are a real sales professional with 5 to 10 years’ experience in Electronic and Electric industry.
- You are fluent in German and English, with other languages being an asset.
- Sales hunting is your strength, and you are willing to develop a portfolio.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or technical degree in engineering or electronics.
- You have a proven track record of success in sales management as well as experience in electronic fields.
- Leadership skills and proactivity are required, with a real autonomy on your daily routine.
