We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team at rready as a Strategic Sales Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and achieving sales targets through effective lead generation, pipeline management, and strategic sales tactics.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage a dynamic sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion, using strategic funnel management and demand generation techniques
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales, customer success, and marketing teams to align sales efforts and drive business growth
  • Represent rready as a brand ambassador, pitching our vision and products to prospective clients and educating them on our solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with a focus on innovation and idea management
  • A track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving business growth
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, such as HubSpot, and other sales and marketing software
