We empower construction teams to work efficiently and effectively. With a strong emphasis on new business growth and expanding existing accounts, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales team.

Your primary goal will be to exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Benetics into mid-market accounts and within assigned geographical or vertical markets.

About the Role
  • You will handle the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a focus on new business growth while expanding existing accounts.
  • Identify, target, and engage with construction contractors who can benefit from our software solution.
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful implementation and long-term satisfaction of our customers.
Requirements
  • A-Game: Strong pipeline generation skills, comfortable cold calling, and drafting compelling outbound messaging in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native German language skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the construction space, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • A customer-first mentality – building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted customer advisor.

Earn an Estimated Salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year
