Job Description

This Strategic Transformation Manager position will lead the SAP Consulting portfolio within the Swiss business unit, defining go-to-market strategies to enhance client engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams and senior management to coordinate innovation and portfolio strategy, ensuring optimal market penetration for SME and LE clients.

The key responsibilities include assessing solution portfolios, overseeing compliant implementation of new projects, and developing business cases. Additionally, the Strategic Transformation Manager will actively contribute to proof of concepts and customer projects, guide presales activities across SAP topics, and identify relevant market trends to shape medium-term innovation and portfolio plans.

This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the client as an innovative partner and technology leader in the SAP and IT landscape, ensuring the development and safeguarding of process and quality standards.
