Customer Success and Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success and Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at Skribble. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive customer success, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the company's continued expansion in the DACH region.
About the RoleThis key position will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their seamless adoption of Skribble, and providing tailored support to maximize the value they derive from our platform. The successful candidate will also work closely with internal teams, including Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing, to develop strategic initiatives that foster customer loyalty, drive business growth, and reinforce Skribble's market position.
The Ideal Candidate- Should have 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Customer Success, preferably within a SaaS company, with a proven track record of driving customer growth and retention.
- Must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts and identify expansion opportunities.
- Must be fluent in German, with English as a second language, and ideally have proficiency in French.
- Will embody the qualities of honesty, empathy, and pragmatism, with a flexible and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic environment.
- A competitive salary: CHF 80,000 - 110,000 per year, depending on experience.
