We're looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Skribble. As a key player, you'll have the opportunity to drive growth, foster strong relationships, and shape the future of digital signatures.

About the Role:
  • We offer a competitive salary package with an estimated annual compensation of $85,000 - $110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Your primary focus will be on identifying expansion and upsell opportunities, negotiating renewals, and driving stakeholder management in complex projects.
  • A native speaker of German and fluent in English is essential, with French language skills being a plus.
  • This role requires 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS company environment.

In this dynamic position, you'll have the chance to work in a highly collaborative environment, develop your skills through continuous learning and feedback sessions, and contribute to shaping the company's mission to become the leading e-signing platform in the DACH region.
