Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide expert advice and support to customers on the best use of our camera system
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Continuously optimize our processes through automation and improvement initiatives
- Fluency in Swiss German and business-level proficiency in French
- At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service, customer success, or account management
- Strong customer and service orientation, with a convincing appearance
- Confident handling of G-Suite, Outlook, and Microsoft tools, with initial experience with CRM tools an advantage
