About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Wemolo. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers on the best use of our camera system
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Continuously optimize our processes through automation and improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Fluency in Swiss German and business-level proficiency in French
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service, customer success, or account management
  • Strong customer and service orientation, with a convincing appearance
  • Confident handling of G-Suite, Outlook, and Microsoft tools, with initial experience with CRM tools an advantage
