Founders Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success expert to join our team at PastaHR. As a Founders Associate, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through their journey with us, from onboarding to exploring new features and expanding their usage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Captain the Customer Success function at PastaHR, taking full ownership of the role.
  • Innovate and spearhead projects to enhance our customer experience.
  • Champion customer needs, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Onboard new and existing customers with excellence, ensuring they unlock the full potential of our platform.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers, becoming their indispensable ally.
  • Propel growth by discovering and capitalizing on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Track customer satisfaction and success metrics, celebrating wins and striving for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Educational background in a relevant field, such as tech, consulting, or a similar field.
  • Relevant experience in tech, startups, consulting, or a similar field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Versatility, ambition, and a strong business acumen.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation.
About PastaHR:

We are an early-stage startup based in Zurich, helping companies hire deskless workers through chat. We work with well-known enterprise customers in healthcare, retail, logistics, and building services across multiple countries.

We are a team of 6, including ex-Founders, Startup Operators, Google, Uber, VC, and Consulting professionals. We have rockstar advisors and investors, and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
