Customer Success and Business Growth Specialist

The role of a Customer Success Manager at Wemolo involves supporting the onboarding and implementation of our camera system in parking lots. You will continue to develop your customers, advise them on the best possible use of our system, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding: Structured support for the implementation through email, phone calls, and web demos
- Enablement: Developing new and existing customers into experts for our product and advising them on its optimal use
- Customer Support: Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert advice on parking processes
- Proactive Stakeholder Management: Collaboration with internal departments and B2B customers to ensure successful project delivery
- Process Optimization: Continuous optimization of our processes through automation of individual work steps
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our company's success. With a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year and a range of benefits, you can expect a comprehensive compensation package that reflects your value to our organization.
We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and has a strong background in economics, social sciences, or natural sciences. Ideally, you should have at least two years of experience in customer service, customer success, or account management in a B2B software environment.
