At Skribble, we're on a mission to revolutionize the digital signature landscape in the DACH region. We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team and help us drive growth and innovation.

Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your sales and customer success expertise to support our clients' adoption of Skribble's e-signing platform. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, provide exceptional customer experiences, and identify new opportunities for expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized strategies to drive client adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing, to ensure seamless handovers and maximize customer value.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand our clients' use of Skribble's platform.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing proactive support to address any challenges.
  • Negotiate renewals and add-on contracts, leveraging your expertise in stakeholder management and contract negotiation.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Customer Success, with a solid understanding of Customer Success in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of identifying expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in negotiating complex contracts.
  • Native German language proficiency and fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
  • Honest, communicative, empathetic, and pragmatic, with a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment.

Application Process:

To apply for this exciting role, please submit your CV and a brief introduction outlining your experience and qualifications. Our People Operations team will review your application and schedule a cultural fit interview (30 minutes via video call). Following this, you'll participate in a technical fit interview (45 minutes) with our Team Lead CS or Head of Revenue. If successful, you'll complete a take-home case study (1-2 hours) and a final presentation and discussion at our Zurich Office.
