Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager in Store to lead our team and enhance client engagement. As part of Gi Group SA, you will play a key role in executing business strategy and driving performance KPIs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client-Centric Activities:
  • Create an exceptional in-store experience for clients by coaching the team to connect, convert, retain, and reactivate them.
  • Assist in setting and achieving quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  • Execute CRM activities to achieve retention and conversion targets.
  • Foster sales partnerships through digital tools and manage VIP and top spender clients.
  • Handle delicate sales and after-sales situations with professionalism.
  • Team Coaching:
  • Recruit and retain talent, ensuring career development and succession plans.
  • Continuously assess and coach team skills to shift focus from transactions to relationship building.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Promote a positive and professional team environment.
  • Ensure proper onboarding of new hires and collaborate with the Store Manager and HR on employee relations.
  • Product Handling:
  • Adhere to safety and operational guidelines while managing stock provision and mix.
  • Safeguard valuable products and materials.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and manage product transfers efficiently.
  • Store Image:
  • Maintain visual criteria and store cleanliness.
  • Plan and verify display fittings with the In-Store Visual team to enhance the customer experience.

  • Excellent product and storytelling knowledge.
  • Fluency in English.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
