We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Store Leader to join our team at Gi Group SA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead our store operations and drive sales growth.

Job Description:

The Senior Store Leader will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales targets, and maintain a safe and organized store environment. Key responsibilities include:

Customer Experience:

- Ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience in-store by providing personalized service and support;
- Coach the team to develop strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to enhance their shopping experience;
- Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall satisfaction;

Team Leadership:

- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance management;
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and open communication;
- Develop and implement plans to improve team productivity, efficiency, and morale;

Store Operations:

- Maintain a safe and organized store environment by adhering to safety guidelines and operational procedures;
- Manage stock levels, merchandise displays, and visual presentations to maximize sales and minimize waste;
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and other teams to ensure seamless store operations;

Performance Metrics:

- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance metrics to inform business decisions;
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement;

Requirements:

To succeed as a Senior Store Leader, you will need:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills;

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills;

• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions;

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction;

• Fluency in English;

Salary Range:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
