Job DescriptionRole Summary:
The Customer Service Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer service team, ensuring that all customers receive timely and effective support. You will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet performance targets.
You will also be responsible for analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
- Provide coaching and guidance to customer service representatives to improve performance
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years of leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
