We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving growth, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, a proven track record of success in B2B software environments, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in Swiss German and business fluency in French are essential, with English or Italian being an added advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Provide structured support for the implementation of our camera system, including emails, phone calls, and web demos.
  • Enablement: Develop customers into experts for our product and advise them on its best possible use.
  • Customer Support: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing expert advice on parking processes.
  • Proactive Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal departments and customers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously optimize our processes through automation of individual work steps.
Requirements
  • Languages: Fluency in Swiss German and business fluency in French, with English or Italian being an added advantage.
  • Education: Successfully completed studies in economics, social sciences, or natural sciences, or comparable commercial training.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service, customer success, or account management, ideally in a B2B software environment.
  • Skills: Strong customer and service orientation, convincing appearance, and confident handling of G-Suite, Outlook, Microsoft tools, or similar.
