We are seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our Internship Program and contribute to our objective of making a positive impact in the world.

About our program:

As an Internship Program participant at Batmaid, you'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

Through on-the-job learning, you'll get exposure to our core customer and business markets, products, and other key business topics. Depending on the length of the internship, rotational assignments can be a key part of the program, allowing you to work across various departments, including Customer Cleaning Operations (B2C), Business Cleaning Operations (B2B), End-of-Tenancy Operations (EOT), Recruitment, and Administration.

What you will achieve during our Internship Program:

**Operations:** Provide exceptional service and support to customers and cleaning agents by answering queries and making recommendations to ensure successful satisfaction across our B2C, B2B, and EOT offerings.

**Recruitment:** Develop innovative strategies to attract new talent applications and accompany candidates through their initial contact to the end of their Batmaid Academy training, learning how to make informed hiring decisions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor or Master degree from any academic background
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, agile, and growing company environment
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take ownership of individual tasks
  • A desire to grow professionally and personally
  • An international and multicultural mindset
  • English language proficiency to a minimum C1 level
  • German language proficiency to a minimum C1 level

We offer a competitive salary of approximately CHF 4,200 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.
