At GreenTime SA, we are a young FoodTech company pioneering employee catering via smart fridges in Switzerland. Our daily restocked fridges offer fresh meals, snacks, and drinks (cafeterias 2.0). A team of dedicated chefs ensures our food is always fresh, tasty, and cooked with love.

To match our ambitious growth objectives, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Zurich to join our mission to make every client happy. You will work closely with the COO & Head of Customer Development to ensure you have the best conditions to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will manage a portfolio of existing B2B customers in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for clients, establishing a personal connection and long-lasting trust relationship.
  • You will build and improve the customer experience for new and existing clients, managing the entire B2B user journey, including onboarding.
  • You will regularly prepare and present performance reports.
  • You will respond to support requests and manage customer claims.
  • You will coordinate with internal operations teams to solve problems and anticipate customer needs.
  • You will lead projects from start to finish.
  • You will participate in sales activities by supporting your sales colleagues during client tastings events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in hospitality, management, or marketing.
  • A passion for customer service and a strong 'client-first' mindset. Work experience in account management or hospitality is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and general tech affinity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in French and English is mandatory, German is an advantage.
  • Politeness, great interpersonal skills, and professional appearance.
  • Creativity, flexibility, and autonomy.
  • A team player with a 'can-do' mindset.
  • A valid driving license.
  • A passion for food is a significant plus.
