Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at RealAdvisor SA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with real estate agents, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a strong network of real estate agents and brokers through regular outreach and communication.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the real estate market.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring exceptional customer service and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in growing revenue and expanding customer base.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
