Job Description

In the context of the MEU Transformation Project, this role plays a pivotal part in supporting the implementation of Change & Training activities for MEU. Working closely with the BPE Change Leader & team, cross-functional Project teams, and Area teams, you will contribute to delivering on Mondelez International's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports Business Change & Training capability for Area Business Change & Training Leads (Train the Trainers / Kick Off)
  • Maintains and tracks the quality and timely completion of deliverables
  • Participates in the selection of providers for training materials delivery and translation
  • Monitors work between providers and Central functional teams
  • Serves as liaison between areas and functions, encouraging Best Practices sharing
About the Role

This Transformational Change & Training Specialist role is instrumental in accelerating growth at Mondelez International. The company has undergone significant transformations, shifting from a Country model to a full integrated European model. Currently, the focus is on enabling growth and meeting foundation promises.

The role supports changes by:

  • Coaching local teams from plan definition to completion
  • Providing central team coaching on Change matters, Development & Training
  • Facilitating overall training efforts for Key & End Users
  • Ensuring hypercare and business stabilization support during project closure
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have relevant experience in Economics, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Communication & Journalism, Business Administration, Teaching & Language Education, or Cultural Education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Estimated Salary Range: €40,000 - €60,000
