We are a leading resource agency for events and promotions across Switzerland, seeking dynamic and personable individuals to join our team as Hosts/Hostesses.

About the Role
  • As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

You will be responsible for warm welcoming and registration of guests, professional wardrobe management, handling guest inquiries with professionalism, and collaborating with the team to provide exceptional service.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A positive and friendly attitude with a strong customer service orientation is necessary.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is desirable.
  • Fluency in German or French, very good knowledge of English is required.
