Event Marketing Director for Global Initiatives

We are seeking a skilled Senior Event and Markets Manager to join our Private Clients division in Zurich. As a key member of our energetic team, you will be responsible for organizing internal and external events, conferences, workshops, webinars on a global, national, and regional level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of event organization, including planning and realization.
- Supporting Client Units in detailed event planning and execution.
- Conceiving and developing new event formats and platforms.
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and information exchange.
- Coordinating temporary staff, external partners, and service providers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require at least 5 years of marketing and event experience, with a proven track record in managing the entire event value chain on a global scale. You should possess excellent organizational and project management skills, as well as strong communication skills in English (C2 level) and German. Experience with digital solutions and technical marketing tools, such as Aventri, is highly desirable.
