Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our EMEA sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our presence in the region, and developing strategic partnerships with key retailers.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury retail market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze complex data to inform business decisions.

Estimated Salary: 80,000 - 110,000 CHF per year

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Travel Retail as Area Sales Manager or Key Account Manager with luxury goods (ideally cosmetics)
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
  • Strong empathy and ability to motivate staff
  • Positive and forward-thinking mindset
  • Good knowledge of European TR environment and main TR operators
