About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Retail Sales Manager who can lead and manage a high-performing sales team in a retail environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure team members are meeting their sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective execution of sales initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
