Seeking a seasoned professional to lead our retail operations in ZURICH. As a Senior Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing business relationships with local stores, providing training to Sephora and Too Faced team members, and planning engaging in-store events.

About the Role

This is a field-based position that requires frequent travel within Switzerland. You will work closely with our Commercial Manager to drive sales growth, manage day-to-day operations, and achieve retail sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and conduct comprehensive trainings with store personnel to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • On-board new team members, ensuring they receive thorough training and are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Plan and execute engaging in-store events that drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
  • Provide regular reports on store performance, highlighting areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the cosmetics industry, preferably with Sephora.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedicated, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with a passion for beauty and customer satisfaction.

Estimated salary: CHF 80,000 - 120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
