Job Description:
As Sales Development Manager for the Swiss German region, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in this key area. With full autonomy and comprehensive training on our innovative SAAS application, you will have the tools and support needed to succeed in your role. Our ambitious yet achievable objectives will challenge you to excel and contribute meaningfully to the company's ongoing growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated history as a Sales Manager with 5+ years' experience in sales roles within the information systems, medico-social sectors, or other relevant fields.
- Proven track record in sales within the software publishing industry or value-added services sector.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior management, IT directors of clients, and significant stakeholders in the company's ecosystem.
- Fluent German/Swiss German with either good English or French.
- A well-established network of contacts within the SPITEX target segments.
- Willng and able to travel to S. Romande regularly.
