Sales Director for Egypt Region

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Egypt region. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that achieves volume growth and SoM targets within the assigned area. You will also be responsible for leading and supporting the field force, ensuring distribution efficiency and maximizing offtake potential while fostering a one-team mentality.
Your Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor market performance, track competitor activities, and ensure alignment with company objectives through detailed reports and operational planning.
* Focus on team development, succession planning, and implementing consumer segmentation strategies to achieve continuous brand growth and awareness.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales management, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and have strong leadership capabilities with solid people management skills. Additionally, you should have advanced understanding of financial and commercial concepts, as well as proficiency in MS Office.
