As a Deputy Store Manager at Gi Group SA, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Assist in recruiting and training new employees, inspire team members to excel in customer service and skill development, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Sales Management: Drive team performance to meet sales goals, improve key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure excellent customer service, and maintain knowledge of collections to prevent theft.
  • Brand Representation: Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment, ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards, and educate the team on merchandising principles.

Measurement Criteria

  • Quantitative metrics: KPI analysis, mystery shopping results, and inventory accuracy.
  • Qualitative metrics: Social climate stability, team meeting records, evaluation forms, feedback from retail managers and visual merchandisers.

Professional Requirements

  • Education in sales or a related field, preferably with experience as an assistant store manager or sales coordinator.
  • Customer-oriented and customer-friendly, with excellent communication skills.
  • A strong ability to take initiative, analyze data, and drive results-driven decisions.
