As a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Professional, you will provide comprehensive support to our management team at Randstad. This role encompasses a blend of project management, coordination, and data processing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior executives.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and prepare detailed reports.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and tasks effectively.

In this role, you will also plan and execute projects, ensuring deadlines are met. You will coordinate resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, and prepare status reports.

You will liaise with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely follow-ups are also essential aspects of this role.

You will collect, analyze, and process data for reports and decision-making. Developing and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems is also crucial. Leveraging software tools to automate workflows and enhance efficiency is another key responsibility.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years in a similar role, such as executive assistant or project management, is also necessary.

A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management and data analysis tools are required. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities are also essential.

A high level of discretion and confidentiality is required for this role. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of German is an advantage.
