Our client is a global distribution company specialising in the production and marketing of proprietary kitchen technology products.

This company operates directly in six countries and manages additional markets together with a global network of sales partners.

**Responsibilities**:
With your team of internationally active salespeople, you will develop and implement marketing strategies together with local key accounts and partners in order to increase our market penetration to a high level of quality.

Additionally you will:

- Analyse markets to open up additional growth opportunities.
- Develop and support supra-regionally operating key accounts.
- Participate in customer events and trade fairs.
- Manage the department including personnel management, sales forecasting, contract negotiations, turnover and budget responsibility, reporting.
- Ensure commercial processes within the department.
- Travel 35% outside Europe.

**Profile**:

- Completed professional training.
- Several years of professional experience in proactive sales of products requiring explanation.
- Preferred experience in a company supplying products to the professional catering industry.
- Preferred leadership experience in key account management.
- Proven ability to carry out concentrated actions in a large market which resulted in an increase in turnover.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially to coordinate cross-functional and cross-organisational teams.
- Entrepreneurial and therefore a strong drive to push things forward independently and to motivate team members and inspire them with ideas.
- Very good and confident written and spoken German and English, other languages preferred.
