We address these needs with our innovative Physical Security portfolio from Siemens, under the brand name Siveillance, a competitive software product and service suite
**The role**
- As our new colleague, you are responsible for the development and expansion of the new multi-channel sales for Siveillance and Building X Security Manager - from strategy to execution
- Multi-Channel sales means making use of existing Value-Added Partner networks: where we collaborate already in other fields, but it could mean also building up new partners - e.g. IT system integrators
- You collaborate with the Building Products regions in implementing the multi-channel strategy. Analyze the target markets and potential partners, support the on-boarding of partners, and help to win and execute pilot projects.
- You will collaborate very intensively with the global BP Siveillance Product Management Team in order to adapt the portfolio to the dedicated need of our multi-channel partners.
- Build up your network and cultivate excellent relations with key stakeholders like Partners, Countries and Suppliers
- The role responsibility comprises of 2/3 sales management and 1/3 of portfolio management
**Our requirements**
Hard Skills
- Seniority wise, we are looking for person with a few years of professional experience. We would like to give such a person the chance to grow and prove him or herself.
- Strong sales capabilities and a sound technological understanding - derived via studies and/or past working experience - are a good starting point
- If you offer a good understanding of physical and software security markets, backed up with relevant customer and project experience, this will give you an edge
- Professional knowledge of channels and channel management a plus
Soft Skills
