We are a growing quantitative trading firm with offices based in Zug, Zürich and Appenzell, Switzerland.

We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** (f / m, 100%) to manage the organization of a new fintech venture. As administrative assistant, you will be working closely with the company management.

You should be highly motivated and entrepreneurial, with an interest in finance and trading.

**Start: As soon as possible**

Applicant should be able to work in Zurich, Switzerland.

**Your profile**:

- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must, German preferable
- Excellent at multi-tasking and able to prioritize tasks
- Resourceful and trustworthy person
- Prior administrative experience
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing
- Attention to detail
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
- The working environment will be in English and German

**Your responsibilities**:

- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
