**Team Assistant** 60-80%**

**Overview**

We have an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced Office Administrator to join the Operations team of an Investment company as their Team Assistant.

The role will be based in Zug and is available on a 60 or 80% part time basis and will provide support to a team of investment professionals.

**Main responsibilities**
- Organization and coordination of internal and external meetings and events.
- Booking and preparing international trips.
- Processing inquiries in German and English.
- Correspondence with local authorities and service providers.
- Administration and management of various databases.
- Reception and support of guests.
- Management and ordering of office supplies.
- Creation and editing of presentations and documents.
- Administrative support for the entire team.

**Your skills**:

- 2 years of experience in operational and administrative support
- Fluent in German and very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, as well as correct prioritization;

For this position, we can only consider Swiss nationals, EU citizens or professionals possessing a valid EU / EFTA passport or an existing EU Residency permit.
