Position Overview:
At Canada Goose, we are on a mission to build our brand and expand our presence in Europe, and we’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role will be a key part of our growing business unit in the region, providing administrative support to the President of Canada Goose Europe while also ensuring the smooth running of the office.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide direct administrative support to the President, including calendar management, drafting correspondence, and arranging travel
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events
- Manage special projects on behalf of the President
- Oversee office budgets and financial tracking
- Create a welcoming, positive, and professional atmosphere for visitors, suppliers, and inquiries
- Provide additional administrative support to the management team, including liaising with legal firms, banks, external vendors, and assisting with ad hoc retail projects
- Edit correspondence for format, grammar, spelling, and content, ensuring it's ready for executive signatures
- Assist with travel arrangements for visitors to Europe and act as an emergency contact for travelers
- Maintain and implement office administrative systems and procedures
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations
- Partner with the HR team to organize company events, team-building activities, and celebrations like annual dinners, wellness days, and more
- Complete expense reports, pay invoices, and manage other related administrative duties
- Track office expenses, courier services, and corporate card usage monthly
- Manage vendor accounts, liaising with suppliers, clients, and the global headquarters
- Ensure health and safety policies are up-to-date and followed
- Edit and update company intranet - GooseNEST
- Manage office relocation, maintenance, hygiene, and security systems
- Collaborate with the President on any office lease or relocation matters
- Lead sustainability initiatives within the office

**About You**:

- 5+ years of experience in a senior administrative role
- Experience in Luxury Goods, Fashion, Apparel, or Outerwear is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English, with additional European language skills a bonus
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities, able to prioritize under pressure
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-changing environment
- Meticulous with attention to detail and a "right first time" approach
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a diplomatic touch
- Comfortable organizing and summarizing business information into clear, professional reports and presentations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Team-oriented with the ability to keep others informed and anticipate needs
- Excellent scheduling and project management abilities
- Flexible and willing to work hours that align with business needs
- Professional, polished approach with the ability to form lasting relationships
