STAEGER PERSONAL PARTNERS is seeking an experienced Financial Leadership Director to lead our finance department and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Financial Planning:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Identify cost-saving measures and mitigate risks to ensure financial stability.
  1. Financial Management and Reporting:
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and compliant financial statements.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and optimize working capital to support business operations.
  • Presentation of financial results and insights to senior management and the board.
  1. Risk Management:
  • Assess and mitigate financial risks, including currency, credit, and market risks.
  • Evaluate insurance coverage and safeguard organizational assets to minimize exposure.
  1. Regulatory and Legal Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Oversee internal and external audits to maintain transparency and integrity.
  • Develop and enforce internal controls to prevent errors or fraud.
  1. Capital Management:
  • Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financing partners to secure funding opportunities.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize return on investment and drive business growth.
  1. Cost Control and Efficiency:
  • Monitor operational expenses and implement cost-reduction strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Drive efficiency in financial processes and implement automation where possible to reduce manual effort.
  1. Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead the finance team, setting clear goals and ensuring professional development.
  • Foster collaboration with other departments to provide financial guidance and align operations with financial objectives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, providing expert counsel on financial matters.
  1. Corporate Governance and Ethics:
  • Maintain transparency and uphold ethical standards in financial practices.
  • Support governance processes, including participation in board meetings.
  1. Technology and Systems Management:
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of financial software and ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Leverage data analytics and financial tools to inform decision-making and drive business success.
Requirements

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Financial Leadership Director with:

  • A higher degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • No less than 5 years' experience in a similar senior role in an international environment.
  • A successful track record in the financial industry, demonstrating expertise in controlling, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss finance requirements and proficiency in German and English languages.
