Siemens Smart Infrastructure intelligently tailors building management systems and automation solutions to improve comfort, security and energy efficiency of any building type.

As Cybersecurity professional you will support the global Siemens customers to design and propose solution that are IT security proved. This position involves understanding and taking steps to mitigate the risks associated with collecting, storing, and transmitting data. You set up security measures that help prevent security breaches, as well as analyzing any breeches that do occur. **Your new responsibilities**

Solution design and pre-sales support
- Support large/complex projects to ensure that a baseline level of security is reached, based on standard methodologies and procedures
- Support sales force in design and assess complex software projects, network design, secure network typologies
- Provide technical consultancy for our customer around cybersecurity
- Support organization in design and roll out of cybersecurity solutions and services
- Act as a global Product Owner for the implementation of new solutions
- Identify additional business and pull-through opportunities for Siemens coming from Cybersecurity

People and Collaboration
- Guide and motivate the regional Field Organizations to propose IT security solutions
- Collect IT security requirements and support development of solution provided by other SI division
- Work closely with PSS organization to ensure projects are aligned with Siemens IT security standards and relevance Cybersecurity laws and regulations
- Engage with global enterprise customers, key engineering and contracting firms. Represent Siemens at international industry associations and community organizations to enhance our image and ultimately our footprint on the market
- Support to define methods and techniques in the form of publications, white papers and guidelines in a team together with colleagues from cyber security, legal, sales and marketing departments

**What you bring along**
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Technical experience and deep understanding within the IT security domain
- Demonstrated ability in the field of cyber security, within the disciplines: secure system architecture and design, audit and risk management
- Knowledge of current security risks and protocols, with particular focus on the OT domain and building industry BACnet Secure, MQTTP, OPC UA
- Certifications such as CompTIA, CISSP, CISA and CEH are preferred
- Understanding the implication of industry standards such as IEC-62443 and NIST recommendations
- Experience with threat & risk analysis, vulnerability management and penetration testing is helpful
- International collaboration & leadership proficiencies are crucial in this role. You are adept in working with our regional solution designer, understanding markets and mentalities
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to work on projects in a complex global environment
- English professional, German is beneficial
