**How can you change the future with us? These are your tasks**:

- As Expert (f/m/d) for Cybersecurity you have an overview and understanding of global initiatives, primarily Cybersecurity and upcoming trends in IT, OT, and Product Security. You initiate and support the various stakeholders at Siemens Smart Infrastructure to implement them in their daily work, products, or solutions
- You will bundle and address Siemens Smart Infrastructure Cybersecurity interests in relevant Corporate Programs (e.g., Factory Digitalization, Zero Trust) and relevant bodies or expert networks
- Mediating and working closely with our Business Units, Siemens Smart Infrastructure and Siemens Headquarters will be part of your duties
- In addition, you will develop and oversee programs, initiatives in Smart Infrastructure HQ, BUs/, FGB and countries to respond to current needs and further improve our cybersecurity capabilities
- The structured incorporation and control of relevant parties in Business, Functions or on Corporate/HQ level also falls within your area of responsibility
- Furthermore, you will prepare for relevant global trends like decoupling and glocalization

**Your qualifications and skills you bring in**:

- The basis for your success is a master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable with longterm professional experience
- Strong experience in program and initiative management, ideally in corporate environments of big companies, is required
- You have in depth experience in comprehensive program or initiative planning and execution
- You have Cybersecurity or IT background
- Analytic skills and good communication skills for working with various stakeholders sets you apart
- You can argue in a professional but target orientated manner
- Business fluent language skills in German and English complete your profile
