Sales Representative

To develop new or potential distributors in accordance with the company's annual sales plan; to have the ability to discuss and negotiate with distributors in writing or face-to-face, to promote and introduce our company, our products, and services to distributors; to sign long-term cooperation agreements with distributors and to obtain real orders, and to maintain and obtain stable orders from existing distributors. Ensure that the company's image is presented positively and that the dealers have a long and stable relationship with our company.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- To achieve sales targets in accordance with the annual sales plan set by the company.
- Carry out an orderly and planned program to develop distributors in the area under his/her responsibility.
- Communicate and negotiate with dealers through written, video conference, telephone,or direct visits to establish long-term friendly and trusting cooperation.
- Provide dealers with the necessary product and service presentations, including a positive company image.
- Complete regular phase reviews and sales plan reports.
- Submit reports on weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans in advance as required; submit business travel plans in advance (including information on regions and dealers visited, travel budgets, etc.),and submit a summary report of the business trip upon completion of the trip plan, detailing the results brought about by the trips.
- Communicate with the logistics department in a timely manner to ensure that the products sold or exhibited are stocked accordingly.
- Represent the company and its brands at industry trade fairs, exhibitions, events,etc. in European countries.
- Collect all types of market feedback including the latest technology and newest products, etc. Collect feedback from dealers to communicate solutions with the after-sales team in a timely manner to ensure that problems with dealers' needs are resolved in the first instance. Oversee the team to achieve better results and improve dealer satisfaction.
**Required Skills**:
- To have a basic level of speaking, listening, and writing in English.
- Fluent listening, speaking, and writing skills in at least two to three other languages. (French; German; Italian; Spanish etc.)
- Ability to arrange and follow up online/telephone/face-to-face meetings etc. with distributors while obtaining positive results.
- Ability to set up computerised various dealer management systems and market analysis systems.
- Team player and collaborative spirit, building good synergy with team members.
- Ability to be flexible in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, and to agree to adjustments to working hours when necessary (e.g. exhibitions may be on Saturdays or Sundays, and the company will adjust other time off, etc.).
- Ability to differentiate the level and scale of dealers and give priority to dealers with a scale, good reputation, ability, and financial strength in all aspects, while establishing long-term friendly cooperation with dealers.
- Ability to have knowledge of the basics of mechanical assembly or operation of electric scooters/electric bicycles. Have a strong interest and hobby in the relevant industry.
- Optimistic and positive, not afraid of difficulties, proactive, competitive, rapidthinking, strong learning ability, and KPI performance-oriented.
