Spa Trade Marketing Project Leader

**CONTEXT & MISSION**:
The **Spa Trade Marketing Project Leader** works closely with the business development team based in our central office, for the Spa projects declined worldwide except for APAC region. The key focus is to increase market exposure and sales in existing network by supporting our Spa partners with marketing and operational solutions while maintaining close relationship with local marketing team and representatives to deploy action plan. The role will be an integral part of the central Spa team, leading campaign initiatives with key markets, supporting in Spa opening preparation.
This **permanent position** is based in **Plan-les-Ouates** (near Geneva) and reports to the Spa Business Development Manager.
**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Support in Spa projects with Spa partners, local affiliates/distributors for both new Spa openings and existing accounts
- Support Spa business development team by sharing brand guideline, marketing elements and communications solution with the hotel partners
- Monitor and summarize progress of new project via critical path
- Coordinate with local marketing team and VM team to implement local Spa marketing plan and merchandising standard
- Coordinate with external agency in communications, design and merchandising support
- Work with key partners to identify opportunities to increase sales, enhance customer experience
- Monitor key accounts’ marketing activities and pricing
- Track Spa partners’ performances with spa business development team
- Marketing strategies and communications
- Adapt central spa marketing strategies and tools to ensure spa visibility and increase partner’s performances through our global wellness offer
- Gather and bring marketing best practices, deploy relevant strategies to markets and Spa partners.
- Provide PR strategies and assistance in PR event, consolidate communications KPI
- Provide analysis to Spa business development team and central Spa marketing team
- Functional working relationship with central Spa Marketing team
- Support central marketing and communications team in social media & influencers campaign
- Validation of all marketing collaterals and local cross marketing actions (brochures, customer forms, web, spa in-room communication ) with central Spa Marketing team
- Coordinate Press Release provided by Spa Central Marketing with affiliates/distributors & hotel partners
- All other duties or projects as assigned
- Conduct market studies quarterly to anticipate market evolution and share with Spa business development team & Central Spa marketing team
**HOW YOU CAN FIT**:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in marketing or business management
- 3+ year experience in project management & trade marketing role in cosmetic industry, spa brand and hospitality would be a plus
- Experience in B2B environments, ideally with knowledge in wellness sector
- Fluent in French and English, any additional language is a plus
- Proficiency in all Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint). Good knowledge of Adobe CS is a plus
- Solution-driven, analytical & critical thinking
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Comfortable supporting a business development team working across expanding regions and new markets, managing different expectations and personalities from different stakeholders
