An important element to fulfil our mission is to make sure our team members enjoy a work environment that allows them to be creative and productive. You will be instrumental in our Zug office, ensuring the physical and digital infrastructure is continuously in place, and that the local administrative tasks are executed reliably.
We are a lean team with a flat organisation. You will be working closely together with team members in Zug and in remote locations, as well as with diverse service suppliers.
**Location and requirements**
This position is based in Zug, Switzerland, with a 50% workload. Short commuting time is preferable.
We require at least 50% of the workload to be performed in the office, with a minimum of 3 working days per week in the office, spread over the week. We are open to flexible working hours (Gleitzeit)
**Responsibilities**
- Provide assistance in administrative operational tasks, related to office as well as facility management, IT and general ongoing team support
- Manage office suppliers such as cleaning service, electrician, etc.
- Provide assistance to the team, including calendar management, travel booking, planning and executing of team retreats and events
- Management and administration of Google suite and other access requirements for team members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Procurement management of basic office supplies
- Ensure functioning of physical and digital office infrastructure
- Calendar management and Executive Assistant tasks
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in administrative and/or technical support
- Strong tech affinity and experience working with google suite products
- Previous experience in travel - and accommodation bookings
- Previous experience with the organisation of events
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully and accurately
- Organised, structured and good communication skills in** English (working language) and German**
**A Plus**
- Practical experience or interest in working with the crypto / decentralised technology space, and open source, privacy-minded communities
- Familiarity with MacOS and Microsoft Windows
