Building Products International is a team of 40 professionals responsible for customers in in emerging markets, such as Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East. We focus on sales directly to local product partners, product management, tech support, and export handling. Our main team is based in Zug, Switzerland with colleagues across the globe.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Team and Sales Support Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment to join our team. In this position you are in the driver’s seat to implement new ideas to make the team successful. Your work has a direct impact on your colleagues and our customers.

**Your new responsibilities**
- Assist the Building Products International’s department Head and the BP International Team with presentations, scheduling, documentation, and ad hoc tasks
- Organize international customer events, virtual and on-site meetings, and customer visits.
- Manage customer contracts and ensure smooth internal processes
- Co-ordinate international travel arrangements according to corporate guidelines for the team, travel expenses and visas
- Support internal processes, such as content creation, announcements, and regular updates
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of BP International employees
- Work with and act as a deputy for team colleagues
- Processing of internal and external orders and responsibility for invoice approval

**Your skills**
- Commercial education or relevant working experience as a Team Assistant
- Ability to keep an overview of tasks and to recognize and prioritize them
- Ideally, relevant experience in an internationally oriented working environment
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, or Arabic is an advantage
