Administrative Team Assistant

Ihre Aufgaben
In dieser vielseitigen Rolle sind Sie die erste Ansprechperson für interne und externe Partner und übernehmen die Organisation von Büroabläufen sowie die administrative Unterstützung des Teams. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Bearbeitung von Telefonaten, E-Mails und Post sowie die Planung und Koordination von Terminen, Meetings und Veranstaltungen. Darüber hinaus sind Sie für die Vorbereitung von Unterlagen und Präsentationen zuständig, unterstützen bei der Reiseplanung, Buchung und Abrechnung und wirken bei allgemeinen organisatorischen Aufgaben mit.
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise im kaufmännischen Bereich oder in der Dienstleistungsbranche
- Erste Erfahrung in einer Assistenz- oder vergleichbaren Funktion von Vorteil
- Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten sowie höfliche Umgangsformen
- Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
