Ihre Aufgaben
- Erste Kontaktstelle für interne und externe Ansprechpartner
- Selbständige Koordination und Erledigung der Aufgaben zur Büroorganisation
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Telefonaten, E-Mails und Post
- Koordination und Organisation von Terminen (Telefon- und Videokonferenzen, interne und externe Meetings, Veranstaltungen und Events etc.) sowie Gästebewirtung bei Besprechungen
- Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Besprechungen und Präsentationen
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und der Mitarbeiter/innen vor Ort in administrativen Aufgaben
- Reiseplanung, -buchung und -abrechnung
- Übernahme einzelner, fachbezogener Aufgaben nach Einarbeitung
Ihre Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im kaufmännischen Bereich, der Immobilienbranche oder in der Hotellerie
- Berufserfahrung als Team- oder Büroassistenz von Vorteil
- Positives, freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten sowie höfliche Umgangsformen
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Kundenorientierung
- Sichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word und Excel sowie Powerpoint)
- Belastbare, gewissenhafte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit sowie Organisationstalent
