Account Executive

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts, taking full financial responsibility and providing recommendations to senior management.
- Participate in contract handover meetings, identifying risks and initiating mitigation actions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling feedback and organizing review meetings.
- Lead kick-off meetings for new engine shop visits, attended by Ops Project Lead, Engineering, and Purchasing.
- Organize Table Inspections with customers.
- Communicate commercial and TAT-related topics during shop visits and ensure on-time delivery of engines.
- Offer part replacements and exchanges, communicating financial aspects to customers.
- Initiate and coordinate Closing-the-Loop review meetings after engine shop visits.
- Ensure profitability within contractual boundaries.
- Issue Preliminary Invoices based on shop visit price estimation and review Main/Final Invoices.
- Build and release accruals for volume discounts, incentives, marketing fees, TAT penalties, and warranty risks.
- Resolve and settle invoice disputes with customers.
- Lead and support cash collection processes with Sales involvement.
Your Profile
- Commercial or Technical degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial or technical experience, preferably in the MRO industry.
- Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in the MRO industry.
- Strong understanding of the MRO or related Aerospace business.
- Strong business acumen and contract understanding.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and intercultural awareness skills.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Chinese a plus.
