About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Director to join our team at Celonis. As a key member of our Swiss team, you will be responsible for leading a set of global strategic customers within our priority industries. Your primary objective will be to deliver best-in-class experiences and help these customers achieve their business goals through our technology and people.

The Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with key business stakeholders, including C-level management to understand their business initiatives, challenges, and objectives.
  2. Build trusted relationships with customers by working closely with our dedicated account Value Engineers and extended teams in Professional Services, Alliance Management & Key Partners, Product Management, and Marketing.
  3. Work alongside customers to identify opportunities for Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform to deliver significant improvements to performance, in line with our customers' corporate strategy.
  4. Deliver presentations to senior executives that outline the opportunity, product solution, and business case to drive investment decisions.
  5. Hold an individual revenue target for closing six-figure deals within these accounts.
  6. Engage closely with Partners, especially Big4, other consulting firms, and SaaS partners.
  7. Collaborate with our Business Development Representatives to gather new leads and opportunities to drive net new business.
  8. Lead contract negotiations with our customers to drive significant business value.

The Qualifications We're Looking For

  • Experience selling enterprise software at C-level in a grow-the-existing-business-focused field sales role (CFO, CPO, COO...).
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders at similar enterprise software companies.
  • Proven experience working with Partners, i.e., Consulting firms and Enterprise Tech.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
  • Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity, and have strong interpersonal skills #differentmakesusbetter.
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team #bestteamwins.
  • Ability to present and summarize on executive level, both internally as well as with customers and prospects.
  • Fluent in English, German, and/or French is a plus.
