Sales and Recruitment Director

At Eqip AG, we are driven by innovation and a passion for delivering exceptional results. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Recruitment Director to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and recruitment, with a strong understanding of the SaaS technology landscape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, assisting Key Account Managers with current clients, and driving independent sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to identify new sales opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Develop and execute independent sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system and provide regular reporting to the Sales Director.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of professional sales or sales support experience in the SaaS technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales initiatives.
- Familiarity with German (Swiss German is a plus) and English language proficiency.
