Cloud Technology Sales Executive

We're seeking an experienced Cloud Technology Sales Executive to join our Swiss team, focusing on Public Sector Cloud expertise. Your direct software sales experience and ability to match customer needs with our solutions will drive success for both Oracle and yourself.
Key Responsibilities- Build Cloud sales opportunities across our portfolio, showcasing the value of Oracle Cloud solutions in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Lead and close IaaS/PaaS technology deals across assigned customers, ensuring cloud adoption either through a single Oracle proposition or multiple cloud environments, while driving expansions.
- Promote Oracle products to selected customers, Cloud sales partners, and internal audiences.
- Develop relationships with C-Level executives and collaborate with our Cloud partners for lasting relationships.
- Develop and implement a sales plan that provides comprehensive territory and sector-specific coverage.
- Develop appropriate sales programs and solutions, maintain up-to-date competitive information, compile regional success stories, and go-to-market campaigns by working closely with internal marketing specialists.
- Engage with Cloud Architects for customer meetings to further develop customer discussions.
- Contribute to and lead account planning, customer analysis, and strategy sessions.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in direct software sales, including cloud experience in the Public sector; Dedicated IaaS or PaaS experience would be advantageous.
- Experience leading large and complex accounts and internal resources, as well as understanding the customer ecosystem and key collaborators that drive sales with specific customers.
- Able to quickly understand customer business needs and the Oracle Cloud value proposition to establish trust.
- Proficiency in English and German language skills.
