About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Gi Group SA. This is a unique opportunity for a professional with expertise in developing and executing sales strategies to make a significant impact on the growth of herbal extracts in Europe and overseas.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in Europe and overseas.
- Sales Strategy Development
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth for Herbal extracts.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Market Insights and Feedback
- Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams to support product development and marketing initiatives.
- Performance Metrics
- Achieve sales targets and KPI's set by the company.
- Industry Trends and Competitor Analysis
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Business, Marketing or related field.
- Experience
- 5 - 10 years of experience in sales of herbal extracts.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
- Deep understanding of the market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in Europe and overseas.
- Successfully built and managed a diverse portfolio of clients, including multinational pharma companies, contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and generic drug manufacturers.
- Strong network of industry contacts and played a pivotal role in expanding market reach and brand visibility in Europe and overseas.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Languages
- English fluent.
- Any other additional European language is a plus.
