Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and compare contractual and actual work schedules
- Evaluate project progress against budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with site management and report directly to the Project Manager
- Schedule subcontractor work and monitor compliance
- Participate in meetings with the client and consortium team

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Experience as a general contractor
- Excellent knowledge of MS Project and Office tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
