Senior Construction Planner Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Planner to join our team at Randstad. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise and contribute to the success of high-profile construction projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from inception to completion. As a Senior Construction Planner, you will oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination, collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and resource allocation plans
- Analyze and evaluate project performance against benchmarks and objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve project efficiency
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery
- Foster strong relationships with clients to drive business growth

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior project planning roles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Project and other relevant software
- Proven leadership and team management skills
