We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our team. As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the B2B sector. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting our products and services to potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and target potential B2B clients through research, networking, and cold calling.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.

3. Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific business objectives.

4. Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition.

5. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.

6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives.

7. Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity and revenue forecasts.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.

3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.

4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Knowledge of IT industry is preferred.

6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: 100%, Part-time

Pay: CHF60’000.00 - CHF150’000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
