We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Product with a background in PM for startups in the tech industry, gaming industry, or related to the blockchain environment, with extensive experience working with teams and a high focus on the user experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a product manager for startups and products in the tech industry with a focus on an ecosystem of products and target users in both B2C and B2B services.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, setting strategic direction while articulating clear and compelling rationale for prioritized product enhancements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Support, to guide products from conception to launch.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that could influence product development decisions.
  • Translate business strategy into product strategy, establishing goals and KPIs for the product.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring products meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Manage the product backlog, creating detailed user stories and use cases that drive the product development process.
  • Coordinate and drive execution of the product development schedule, resolving any issues that may impact the delivery of the product.
  • Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process.
  • Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to customers.
  • Align and attend management meetings with the strategic board.
  • Coordinate the evolution of the ecosystem of products and their interoperability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a fast-paced technology-driven or gaming environment.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Experience with a multi-product or ecosystem startup.
  • Strong understanding of the software development process and familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Heap, and BI tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with the Gaming or Blockchain industry or startups related to the tech industry.
  • Knowledge of domains and registrar industry.
  • Knowledge of internet infrastructure (servers, DNS, cloud computing).
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
  • Prior experience in a technical role, such as software development, engineering, or UX design.
